Hercules

Heracles or Hercules is a Greek hero, son of the king of the Greek Pantheon and ruler of Mount Olympus, the god Zeus, god of the sky and thunderbolt.  Hercules is mentioned in Greek myths as half god, because his mother was human.   The twelve labours of Hercules are a series of difficult tasks set out to him in order to repent for the slaying of his wife and three children.
