Colors from Heritage: Interactive Week to Discover Antiquities

The Antiquities Museum affiliated to the Bibliotheca Alexandrina Cultural Outreach Sector, organizes an interactive educational program beginning with a workshop entitled "Colors from Heritage: Interactive Week to Discover Antiquities". The workshop will be held from Monday to Thursday, 26–29 January 2026, at 11:00 am in the Islamic Antiquities Hall of the Antiquities Museum. It is designed for young people aged 11 to 15.

The workshop aims to introduce participants to the concepts of heritage and antiquities through a simplified learning experience based on visual interaction and practical activities. Each day will focus on a different aspect of human heritage, within a framework that fosters cultural awareness and encourages critical thinking and exploration. The workshop focuses on connecting knowledge to the environment and nature, and highlighting the diversity of heritage work, thus contributing to participants' understanding of the importance of heritage and how to preserve it.
