Fresco Painting

In continuation of the series of summer lectures organized by the BA Antiquities Museum as part of its museum education activities, and with the goal of spreading archeological and cultural awareness amongst children and young people; Professor Yumna Aboras will give a lecture entitled “Fresco Painting”. The lecture will be held on Thursday, 28 July 2011, in the Afterlife Hall of the BA Antiquities Museum. The speaker will talk about a method of painting on freshly applied plaster, usually on walls and ceilings, used since the Roman era.
